FYI For anybody who is attending this event there is a living social deal for this regional which has a few different options to save some money on tickets

Decent teams don't back into the tournament. WI had a hand in who they played so it's their own fault for this matchup. Had they thrown the game against OSU, whioux would be out of the tourney.

Correct. Bad teams back into the tournament. Horrible programs miss the tourney three years in a row.

:confused: I know not of what you speak. When you mention 3 years in a row, the only thing I think of is conference titles. Good teams can pull that off.

Well, I guess your program is horrible too.

1990-91 season thru 1995-96 and 1968-69 season thru 1977-78 were two pretty long stretches in your history without a Tourney appearance.

The NCAA is being stupid again. The U.S. Bank Arena where the regional is being held was asked to provide the Cincy Cyclones Ice Crew for the regional games. However the NCAA said that they couldn't wear their Cyclones outfits and NCAA apparel must be worn but the NCAA does not want to provide said apparel and this all came down from the NCAA just a little while ago. The host arena doesn't want to buy the stuff and doesn't feel they should. The NCAA takes in HOW MUCH a year on the backs of the student athletes and STILL wants to be cheap basta*ds?

I can see where the ncaa is coming from. Is there anything more hostile and abusive than a cyclone?

ESPN-U will have it on a tape delay basis at 9:30pm this evening.
