Hey this is just like the HC process. We have hit a road block.

Start a new thread on who is going uproot the family and become ACs for the huskies.
I would look for somebody from Canada so they dont have culture shock.

WE have hit a roadblock? Since when did the entire thread become the search committee? On what basis can anyone say things aren't moving right on schedule? Or ahead? Sheesh, the guy doesn't even start his head coaching job until NEXT MONDAY! How can he hire someone for a school he doesn't yet work for????

I would think Mel is working the phones for recruits and for AC's. I'd trust he knows more then most on here.

Mel has already been recruiting, he said so himself. I'm sure he's already been in touch with some possible lead assistants as well.

Ok I will let Mel enjoy his kids wedding this weekend.

But come Monday hope he is on his phone getting the Huskies the best darn recruiter in the country just like Mel once was. A replica Mel nothing less.

He also needs couple AC's, SID, equipement staff, video coach(Brad Aldrich), operations assistant(Damon Whitten), goalie coach, PR guy, and training staff.

wha? we're NOT the search committee??? when did THAT happen? but, but, we had the "list", we were in the loop, we MUST have been the search committee!! :confused:;):rolleyes::)

Once I put the two on the ignore list it makes the sifting thru much easier; and if no-one responds to them, I don't have to see their quotes either.
