I heard that Scotty Bowman and Don Cherry are both seriously considering coming to Tech to coach, since it is such a prime position. Trust me, I have connections.

John Madden was talking to W at the Dallas Cowboys game on Sunday about coming out of retirement to coach Tech. (Madden, not W).

Nobody be alarmed. This means absolutely nothing.

Today the Penguins trimmed their roster to 29

Included in the 29 players still on the penguins pre season roster is Chris Conner. He's actually make a run for some time in the Big League.

Interestingly enough, I was told in a visit from the angel Gabriel that the ghost of Tech hockey past (none other than John MacInnes) will be stopping in to set the team back on the right path.

I heard that Phil Axtell can't make the grades at NMU so he is transferring to MSU.

October 10th will mark Big Mac's arrival. He figures we need to attempt to handle NMU on our own. And doesn't want to bring any STD's with him to the afterlife.

If you can't get into college because you don't have the knowledge go to State.

Hell, at this point, you're pretty much a veteran MTU poster. Still a Tech Freshman, but around here, a Vet.

Sigh, no going North this weekend and getting to see the new and improved Sherman Field and getting a few growlers of freshly brewed KBC this weekend. :(:( :( I am a sad and broke little Monster. :( :( :(

There is no way we could fire Coach Russell after the speech he gave at the Misfits meeting.

He made it sound like we are going to win the MacNaughton Cup this year now that everyone is healthy and we have some good incoming freshmen talent.

We can only hope his hopes aren't getting our hopes up again.

Jamie Russell could make killing fuzzy bunnies sound like a good thing...That said, I do have a good feeling about this year, even if I'm cautiously optimistic
