To jerseys, Biddco, and anyone else out there... its not jinxing a team when you say a team has no hope when you're pulling for the underdog.

While I would love Tech to sweep (helps the Gophers), I really don't think they have a shot. They MIGHT get a point. Maybe. Somehow. With a lot of prayer. And possibly a sacrifice.

I"m really interested to see how Tech responds after last weekend. Coming off disappointing weekends (and byes) earlier this season, they've played well sometimes, and soiled themselves other times. But, Tech's proven that their best is good enough to play with anyone. My money says they get a good effort between the pipes for at least one of the games, and they come out of there with 2 pts. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

I'd vote ctf (now-retired USCHO poster). In absence, I'd say anything that would abolish the pasty from existence.

Haha, I do not personally know ctf, only of her. But yes, pasties it is. I'm so glad there is an old dude from Calumet that has a pasty shop down here in Appleton. He also has Vollwerth's and Trenary Toast. What more does a displaced Yooper need?

WI hockey is better (or is at least less bland) than pasties.

And I know ctf personally.

Pasties, underhand darts, saunas, dozens of guys named Toivo, Reino or Rintamaki, and one hot chick named Haakaanann or something like that. Gotta love the U.P. Spent 14years in Ironwood which basically means I spent 14 years on Silver Street in Hurley. Gotta love anyplace that has Black Label, Pabst, Stroh's and Blatz as the main tappers and where you enjoy things like smelting as a sign of spring. A quick moment for hockey talk. It is all about SCSU. If they work and play with an edge, they will be fine. If they play like last Friday, watch out. Big sheet and team speed should be the recipe to wear down Tech's d-corp. Go Huskies !!!!!!! (SCSU that is)
