Hate the game, not the players...When a player goes back on his word it shows the quality of the person. his hockey days will be done shortly and I would not hire him in the corporate world.

Thread names? We're not Mucking aroundI think it's time to start a new thread. New coach, new thread...
Feels like a bonus of $15k for winning the NCAA's is on the low side in this era."Muckalt is the highest paid coach the Huskies have ever had, starting at $315,000 this year and growing $5k per year until it reaches $335k for the 2029-30 season."
Wow! Coach can live like a king in Houghton with that kind of money.
I have heard that Michigan Tech has opted in to the house settlement, which per my understanding means they can make direct payments to athletes from revenue sharing, but they then must cap their roster at 26 for hockey. By my count with returning players, announced transfers and incoming freshmen, the team would be at around 34 to 36 players. Does that mean the staff must cut 8-10 players for this year? Could some of those players still practice with the team as redshirts? Or am I missing something? Anyone "in the know", please advise. Thanks.
When do we expect him in here. It wasn't clear in the article.
