When the Wings have $15-20 seats in the nosebleeds vs. teams no one really wants to see, it can be comparable. Of course, that does not factor in driving to Detroit, etc. :rolleyes:

On the banks of the Red Cedar,
There's a school that's known to all;
Its specialty is winning,
And those Spartans play good ball;
Spartan teams are never beaten,
All through the game they fight;
Fight for the only colors:
Green and White.

Go right through for MSU,
Watch the points keep growing,
Spartan teams are bound to win,

It's just one loss, not a big deal. Michigan is still on track to finish a lot better then I was expecting coming into the year.

While it is possible thru various nefarious means, to get into the wings game fairly cheap at times. A seat on the blue line in the 4th or 5 th row that costs $17 in Houghton, is $125 in Detroit.

Hell yes! This team is showing grit and toughness, IMO flashes of the 06-07 team abound here.

The guy is on crack. The last Wings game my wife and I went to the tickets were $65 each ($130), four rows up in the upper bowl.

I can drive to Houghton, buy dinner at the Ambassador, and get two Tech hockey tickets for less than $130.

On the Wings web site tickets run from $40 in the nosebleed seats up to $275, on average a seat in the lower bowl is going to cost around $100
