So is there any story as to why he is suspended?? I'm sure someone has had to heard something by now... or is this as big a mystery as the Paulding Lights?

Probably a major violation of university/team rules, but that is pure, gossipy speculation on my part. I say that because I think the DMG would've written an article by now if he had been involved in a crime.

Again, no one really knows what happened, and we probably never will.

I'll just put things this way. Does anybody really know what Axtell did to end up in Marquette. I doubt no matter what Kettelus did the world will never know, and it's better that way.

We just know it's something major enough to threaten this entire season, but not major enough for an immediate dismissal from the team.

I know that while Axtell was in Marquette he was doing some things that the ATF and DEA folks would frown upon, so it wouldn't surprise me if he were doing so here as well :D

Yes I'm almost sure that's what was going on here to, but the point is the coaches or anybody for that matter never really came forth and said it.

By the way, no mystery on the Paulding Lights.

It's the ghost of a dead railway engineer.

Or the ghost of Dirty looking for a phone booth in Bruce's.

A pic of Ryerson's coach in a Tech Jersey.

Or cars on US45. Just look at how perfectly the viewing area and the highway line up:

Hey look! Two oddly similar cases of mysterious lights that just happened to be car/train lights!

Reports of odd lights continued, and a more formal US Geological Survey study began in 1922, which determined that witnesses had misidentified automobile or train lights, fires, or mundane stationary lights.[1] However, according to a marker on the Blue Ridge Parkway, a massive flood struck the area soon after the completion of the USGS study; all electrical power was lost and trains were inoperable for a period of time thereafter. Several automotive bridges were also washed out. The Brown Mountain lights, however, continued to appear.

I've been to Marfa. but we didn't see the lights. though we did go sit in the middle of the desert at night to look. (see what happens when you're married to a retired geek?) :)

I've heard of nutsos who claim there is a bright spark of green light right when the sun drops over the horizon during a Lake Superior sunset.

Whack jobs everwhere.
