The most disappointing thing about the game? No five-minute majors! WHAT THE HELL?! No fighting? Weak sauce.

Why doesn't it hurt anymore when my team loses? Not even to Northern... Why is that? :confused:

Well, you did have your traditional goaltender interference penalty. Congrats on keeping that streak alive. :rolleyes:

We did it differently this year though! Instead of skating within 6 feet of Stewart and having him flop around like a fish out of water, we cleverly had an NMU guy check one of our guys into that ******wagon and we made sure to get the penalty for it too! Sadly, Stewie's performance was fairly low-key this year, from what I hear--at least for him. He didn't pretend like he was having a seizure this year.

This one of those you-would-had-to-have-been there things, I think... but last year (when we shut out NMU at the BEC and completed the sweep...you might remember that game?), I think they were throwing rolled up shirts HIGH into the crowd... this was way on the other side away from the Tech fans. We hadn't been paying attention, but then it caught our eye. Yager or someone was like, "What was that?? ...oh, T-shirts being thrown into the crowd." And I replied, "Hm. And here I thought it was Stewie's blocker." Hilarious beyond belief. ;)

Seriously though... his performance in December 2007 was one of the most amazing things I had ever seen in my life. Does anyone have the clip of that handy? I'd like to rewatch it and reminsce about how much of a drama queen that tool is. Just unreal.

Keep the faith guys, I know of 2 very good players coming your way next year, Dennis Rix is an awesome forward that plays up here in our league. He has played 39 games so far this season and has 73 pts. 26 goals and 47 assists. Also a kid on my home team, Brad Stebner, very good offensive defenseman. Has made the all star team for the league in the last 2 years and his stats are in 37 games he has 24 pts. For a Dman that is pretty good. He is a wonderful kid and both these boys will help the Huskies in the future. Rix is 2nd in scoring in the whole league, he is a real good one....Keep the faith!!!!
