Oh, that's a good one...I completely forgot about Grey Matter. That would make more sense than Beneke, though I still like Beneke for providing an actual location for the lab.

Commercial just aired on AMC. Clips show Walt, Jesse and Mike sitting around a table and Walt saying "We're here to talk partnership. You, Jesse and me." Mike doesn't appear enthused at the idea, but in the next clip we see someone asking, "Who killed Gus?" and Mike responding, "Haven't I told you not to worry about that?" Back at the kitchen table Walt says, "There is gold in the streets just waiting for someone to come and scoop it up." These shots are mixed with Mike putting a silencer on a gun and hiding behind a wall; in another shot someone is seen looking through a door and seeing someone (Walt?) approaching the door. They hold a gun up to the peephole and wait for the person to knock...

Priceless, where did you find the spoiler? Is it a spoiler for this current season? I don't want to read anything for the episodes that haven't been shown.

As for Grey Matter, I don't remember specifically what/if/how much leverage Walt has there. But Grey Matter is the company that Elliot started with the technology that him and Walt invented/developed. I'm assuming that Walt was the mastermind behind it and Elliot doesn't want that to be public knowledge, or Walt actually has a case to claim that the technology is his intellectual property.

And it's not laundering I'm talking about. It's flat out cooking the carwash books and skimming from the carwash's income. It's not that difficult to ascertain what I am saying.

WHY THE HELL IS MIKE BRICKING?! He's had two obvious solutions to his well-being (or possible well-being), and he's chosen the less wise path. WHY?

I mean, the first one, I don't have a clue why he didn't skip town. The second, the sentimentality of the kid thing, I can understand, I suppose, but I still consider it weak for Mike, considering his past behavior.
