Wasn't Obama a Senator then? So technically, he may have a point based on voting record. I do agree, though, that your statement on timing is correct, as there was a mad rush around here to get EDLs. What it boils down to, though, is something I've been saying for years: It's not about the policy, it's about the party.

in the off chance somebody is interested in facts here, I checked when I got my passport, and the only reason was a fishing trip to Canada, was in fall of 2012
prior to that, a passport was not required

rather than depend on Googling for your knowledge, I suggest getting out in the world and actually living it

BTW, the only reason I started this thread is that I missed my usual Manitoba Labor Day fishing trip this year, having spent that weekend and most of September in British Columbia
not any fish worth keeping here, but plenty of suckers, anybody know if there is a limit here on them, or do they encourage you to catch as many as possible and not throw them back?

What's for lunch everybody? I'm having a Chicken Curry from the crockpot. It is my last batch for before breaking the Texas Chili.

Believe it or not I am having chili. Our work is having its regular chili cook off contest and I've been sick so my boss prepared me a flight of 12 chili samples plus cheese, onions, oyster crackers, sour cream and water for a palette cleaner. I feel loved! :)

Leftover spaghetti, which is always nice. Though that's now for another few hours out here on the west coast. Our working day has just begun!

Just a sandwich today. To jump on the chili train, there's this vegan chili in a cookbook I got for Christmas I've been wanting to try. I'm thinking this is the weekend.

It's kind of like anal porn. Most pass on the chance to participate. But when one person is taking it that hard, for that long, it's hard to avoid a glance.

He does have a point in the use of the word "may", which means it is optional, but not required. If the law effective in 2008 utilized the word "shall", then alfablue would be 100% correct without question.
