Every year the NCAA tournament results make me more and more jealous, bitter and upset about what's happened to Maine. What a joke. :(

You don't get excuses from Bazin,just results...just check his resume the last 2 seasons...you don't just show up...you come to play and to play his way...which is with NO excuses...the same with Merrimack and Providence...and all because they had the nerve to change.

It is pretty bad when PC and UML can turn things around so quickly with a new coach while a traditional powerhouse like Maine sinks further into obscurity with an AD who seems to not have a care in the world.

3 teams in Hockey East in the last few years have made changes(UML/PC/Merrimack)and all for the better,why..? Because they have people in charge that know that the hockey program is important and with the right people running it,it can be as good as the others in Hockey East,not Power Houses every year like the BC's,but able to compete...put the right pieces together at Maine and you would see alot of positve changes...right now,its who knows..??? Abbott has other agenda's in his future so Maine Hockey(along with Maine Sports)has taken a back seat...anyways we have a time table to look forward to...for better or for worst...plus I sense the timing of 3 weeks also will be when all of College Hockey will be done,the NCAA'$/Frozen 4...well we will see.

Last statement says its all:

If that really is the truth then there's only one thing that needs to be done..pull the gd trigger and get rid of Whitehead. Theres no rocket science involved here. All it takes is the guts to do it.

Tremendous group? Shore and Marty, who else is tremendous? Does anyone think they will even get home ice? I don't, I see BC, BU, Lowell, PC and Notre Dame better then them. So now a 6th(if that) place finish is tremendous?

And you can add Merrimack to the mix,I may not be correct but I think their team has no Seniors,so the same team returning and incoming recruits could push Maine even further down,but your right "Tremendous Group"..??? = 11-19-8...2 wins at home...and for the most part inconsisitant play from one night to the next. You don't know what you'll get Next Season under TW...well yes you do...just talk.

Freshmen are only to young to play and win at Maine..........in all sports.
