The Broadway bridges started during Covid, they lost a fall and winter due to weather. The traffic there is a nightmare, they should be done by winter and then we get Cianbro doing 2 bridges over Stillwater ave and the Diamond interchange is a solution to a problem that doesn't exist especially when the mall is dead.

The ramps are high crash locations and the ADT through there is 20k+ trips per day along Hogan Road. It's pretty in line with where Diverging Diamonds are considered. That said, I haven't been through there in years so I can't speak to the delay.
