His issues with the boosters and fundraising did him in as much or more than the ice or recruits, the demeanor. Maybe hes learned and that would change at the next stop, or maybe that relationship would never devolve to that point because the next place won’t be comparing him to SW.
If he decides to try again I wish him well but hope to hell Maine’s on its feet again by then bc itll he hard to stomach the spin on that mess if we still suck

If Providence wins tonight, do you think McGovern gets one last start on his Senior Night? The game becomes irrelevant for Maine at that point as they are locked into 6th, you have to think they'd at least explore it.

How about they dress him as the 19th skater instead? With only one game this weekend I think you have to keep Swayman sharp for next weekend.

We ruled out Providence tonight but still a lot to be determined.
If NU wins, Maine plays NU.
If NU ties and UML wins, it’s still NU.
If NU loses and UML wins, it’s UML.
If NU loses. UML loses and BU wins, it’s BU.
If NU loses, UML loses and Maine wins, it’s NU.
I know it’s not what people want to hear but barring a miracle and some help from UNH, it’s shaping up to be a battle against Northeastern.
