Or..............does cocky TIMMAY, flush with arrogant swagger after the BC weekend, wrest the controls of the ship back from the hands of Corkum, only to lay up another of his patented turds in the punchbowl?
Wow. Mixed metaphor alert. You probably could have deleted everything from "with arrogant swagger after the BC weekend, wrest the controls of the ship back from the hands of Corkum, only to lay up" and kept "Or..............does cocky TIMMAY flush another of his patented turds in the punchbowl?" :D

Re: Maine 2012-13 Part 3D: Still digging

Can we discuss how it takes an archaeological dig through the Maine website to find an audio link to live games?

Re: Maine 2012-13 Part 3D: Still digging

Beattie hit from behind into the boards, no call. Crowd and Maine players livid. Beattie went to the locker room bleeding from the face after being down for a while.

Re: Maine 2012-13 Part 3D: Still digging

Might as well be 10-0. Stick a fork in em. Whiteheads record at Alfond remains unblemished. Unbelievable.

Re: Maine 2012-13 Part 3D: Still digging

diamond pulls one back, 2-1

they need to find a way to pull this out... uvm and nu both losing...

Re: Maine 2012-13 Part 3D: Still digging

shore ties it up for maine with a little over 3 to play in the third on the pp

2-2

edit: right now they are crediting it to diamond.

2-2 final. maine almost gave it away at the final buzzer

still no wins at alfond...

tied for 9th with northeastern. one behind vermont....

Unfortunately, I'm not surprised...

Power play is still a liability, norman and cerratani don't make any sense, yet tim is wed to it.....pk is doing well...Marty is playing as well as we can hope, beattie's hit/ injury could have/ should have been a major, as they currently call this type of hit. Joey finally playing like he deserves a letter....picked up a point....Sunday has to be more intense and crisp......crash the net......get a second shot.......

Once again Timmay just stands there and doesn't say anything. Way to stick up for your team.

Re: Maine 2012-13 Part 3D: Still digging

Beattie was on the ice in the 3rd period. Great come back by the Bears.
He returned after getting a severe concussion?
Maine rallied despite losing senior center Kyle Beattie to what Whitehead termed a “severe concussion” in the second period when Beattie absorbed a hit against the boards. It is Beattie’s third concussion of the season. He also said Beattie wound up with multiple stitches in his chin.

Re: Maine 2012-13 Part 3D: Still digging

Can't believe that with 2 refs and 2 linesmen and they didn't or wouldn't make a call on the hit on Beattie, total B.S. non-call on there part...imo it should have been a 5 min. major and a game misconduct, but the worst part is Whitehead didn't even blow a gasket...I mean it's not his so called style, but this warrented a outburst to say the least...man up TW...this is "your" Players & Team...awful.
