Yesterday, Pizzeria Bianco, Phoenix AZ. Top 25 pizza places in America...small place, brick oven, nice people, really good pizza.

Day before, Cien Agaves, Scottsdale...Tuesday is Taco Day. If you like tequila and tacos...and just happen to be in Scottsdale, this is a good choice. Got the 3 taco platter: 1 shrimp diablo, 1 carne asada, 1 pulled pork.

I tried the new Cool Ranch Doritios Locos Taco at t-bell today. It was decent. But, I always find the here are the hashtags we want you to use to help us trend amusing. They want people tweeting #wow or #duh. Duh? Did we go back to the early 90s? And you want people to tweet duh about your product?

I'm not a tweeter, so maybe I just don't get it. But if I was to tweet about the cool ranch dlt, it'd be #meh .

Ham, Havarti cheese, and mustard on high-fiber pita
Second high-fiber pita spread with three, low-fat, garlic/herb cheese wedges
Carrot sticks & hummus
Apple (mid-morning snack)

Costco pizza is surprisingly good. Better than some of the bad local joints *coughSicily's* and on par with Little Caesars/Domino's. Maybe even a little better than them.

I've considered a membership, but I don't think I'd buy enough stuff to make it worth the fee. I'm never going to use a gallon jar of mayonnaise. I also have gas rewards at Fred Meyer and Safeway.

Where you make your money at places like Costco is not in food, but in hard lines... you get a better deal on household cleaning and laundry supplies than at the local Big Box. Then again, I used to have a membership at Sam's Club, so I got a bulk deal on bread, yogurt, and Kashi cereal.

As for my lunch today, it was a ham and cheese sandwich on Sourdough with a cup of coffee to drink.
