If push comes to shove he can always call in an air strike on the other team. Sounds like a man with a lot of discipline and a man who can handle pressure. Sounds like the type of man this team needs to make big improvements on team play and individual improvement.

I read that NMU is serving beer at the Berry Events Center and that got me remembering that we did a 4 game experiment with beer sales last season. Was the experiment a success and will beer be sold at Taffy Abel Arena this season?

Yes, I believe there will be beer sales at all games this year except the Blue/White scrimmage and USNTDP exhibition (due to it being on Sunday).

The Sunday UAA game January 17 will probably have no beer sales that day as well.

I forgot that when we were filling out the paperwork, I noticed we had 2 Sunday games this year. The State of Michigan charges a substantial fee to have special event licenses on Sunday and it wasn't worth the cost for the USNTDP exhibition, but they may have signed up for one for the UAA game as it is a regular-season game.

Good Luck to Hultz. Sandler was a hot head and troubled. It is best he is gone - If not for the safety women and Staff (there are records w/ Public Safety), ultimately to protect the image of the team. The reputation of LSSU must not be compromised for the sake of a Gritty style. Someone should have done there homework before offering him a spot on the team... he should have been shown the door last November when all the BS started. Whitten was smart to distance himself from this potential cancer.

Why good luck to Hultz ? Is he going somewhere ? My guess is the Lakers will be preseason picked to finish 9th or 10th .

Probably because he's also a big power forward, like Sandler was.
