I will miss seeing the big schools come here to play for sure but I am happy that the Lakers do at least have a conference to call home. There is still some good teams plus having the three UP schools is one plus for me.

I am curious as to what the conferences will look like down the road like 3 or 4 years from now.

Looks like the Lakers just landed another recruit for next season in Jim Roll. A defensemen who plays for Carleton place in the cchl

RMU are picked 7th by the coaches poll , LSSU picked on this thread as a middle of the league team.
On that basis comming from a superior league shouldnt LSSU win the games at home.?

I'm glad to see that the chip is still on your shoulder. I want to see what y'all do this year, but you're still in the worst conference in the country. It's not your fault, either.

I'm assuming there will be unless I hear otherwise. Not sure when the first one would be; presumably either the Monday before the Robert Morris series or the Monday after. If you specifically mean next Monday night, I'm not sure; that might be a bit early for one.

How is the cotton picking going. Alabamans should stick to something they know about, like tide football.
Mr Morriss you might be a big fish in a very small pond no make that a small puddle. There hasnt been a
real hockey team in Alabama since the Birmingham Bulls and how long did they last. ?

Yeah, I did mean specifically this Monday. I was not sure if they would do one before the exhibition game against USA a week from today, or wait until the Monday after that game.

Also, I guess these threads no longer max out when they get to 1,000 posts.
