I didn't go to Lake State. You've obviously got me confused with one of them.
Sounds like a bad night for the Lakers. I think I heard the play-by-play cheer captain cry during a couple of the Michigan State goals tonight.
You honestly have no idea. I guess that can be expected from a guy who wrote a song about touching an 11-year-old girl.
That's it? That's your comeback? Where's the ref to call this one early? Go back to pumping out cheesy love songs that no one listens to.
Beemers excelent save was the number 2 play on the sports center top 10 plays of the day. Way to go Beemer.
The calls were a little in states favor but not that bad after all it is ccha refs were talking about. I think every team can probably say their team got the short end of the stick on most nights.
That is kind of what I thought by going only off of the radio broadcast. VanWagonor made it sound like the Lakers got jobbed on almost every call and went on and on about it. I am starting to get used to, but not very happy with, his style and only getting half the story when he calls a game. He is a homer, there is no doubt, but again my opinion and probably what Lake State wanted. Hopefully he will improve and maybe not use we and us so much, and not so over the top on Laker goals and have a pulse for the other teams's goals. Just a tad more professional. My two cents as it seems to get a lot of discussion on here.
That is the way most of the people i know feel about the new guy so your not alone in your opinion Foghorn. I guess you don't know what you have till it's gone meaning Bill Crawford.
The Truth Is Out There
I went to the game and will try to post more in depth comments tomorrow. For now I'll just say that I thought John Scrymgeour was the best player on the ice tonight for either team.
