Check back in Feb....see how that works out for them....

The Buff State team back then is not the Buff State team of now...
and
The Plattsburgh team back then is not the Plattsburgh team of now....you have your own issues to worry about...

You obviously didn't notice the ":o"" in my post.
No question we have issues.........keeping the puck out of our own net.
Our goaltending has rarely been the difference in a big win.

I would call this winning ugly......but coming from behind 3 in the third is something to build on.

WNEC has a great offense. They've shown that they can score against talented teams. It's the defense/goaltending that has been an issue this year. If they could get that squared away, maybe they could get those ten wins that they've been after.

Then again, the defense/goaltending has been an issue ever since I first saw them play.:D

Scoring updates:
Neumann beat Potsdam 5-2
Geneseo beat Franklin Pierce 8-2 (and outshot them 78-24:eek:)
New England College beat University of New England 3-2 in OT
UW-Eau Claire leads St. Thomas 4-3 in the third
St. Olaf leads Gustavus Adolphus 4-0 through two
UW-Stevens Point leads Concordia (MN) 6-2, late in the third
UW-River Falls leads St. Mary's 3-1, midway through the third
St. Scholastica leads Bethel 3-2, midway through the third
UW-Stout leads Augsburg 3-0 through two

Any report on the UW Superior and Hamline game? Can't get the webcast.

Re: Jan. 7th Scores: The start of the last semester of the Interlock

Now 48 seconds left.... More penalties for Lake Forest. MSOE 7-2 over Lake Forest.

Re: Jan. 7th Scores: The start of the last semester of the Interlock

Wild one between Gustavus and St. Olaf: the Gusties closed a 4-0 deficit to within 4-3 with 30 seconds to play, but couldn't get the equalizer. This means that numbers 3-5 in the latest USCHO poll all come away with losses this evening.
