You know, if Dump choked on Bibi's ball gag tonight, Vance could opt back into the JCPOA tomorrow morning and negotiate withdrawal of all ships in exchange for the end of the tolls. The Iranian-flagged vessels could lead everyone out of the Strait, as presumably they know where the mines are.
