Hmmmm...There's what looks like an odd, slight "halo" affect on the fringes of the video, but that could come from a halo light commonly used by Youtubers.

The fact that his hands move around would suggest not AI (not per current capability anyway). Also, there's clearly a mustache left by the steamed milk, which I think is a detail GenAI would miss.
