Incoming Freshmen for Fall of 2012

I wonder if St. Thomas is starting a 2nd team. They have a 4 players to replace and they already have a lot of players coming in. That could be a recipe for team misery.

Westscout:confused:

Or a recipe for changing the culture and taking the program to the next level? They had a great year last year and I'm really looking forward to seeing them at the primelink!

They have a good looking class for sure.

Definitely. UST is going to be one of the team's I'll have my eye on at the start of next season.

UST should be at or near the top of the MIAC. I think the complexion of the MIAC has changed a bit in the last four or five years. They seem to be drawing a more geographically diverse group of recruits and are recruiting from a number of leagues not typically associated with the MIAC.

I don't know whats more impressive...that or the fact (per d3hockey.com) they have 7 of their 10 listed freshman coming from the great white north....they have 7 TOTAL Canadiens returning next year....hopefully they are keeping tabs in the FA office....

With all those Canadians they should be making the frozen four next year. We all know Canadians equals championships.

Definitely. No non-Canadians have contributed to SNC 's last two championship teams. Guys like Ryd, O Brien, Jacobson, Tabisz, Longley, Soley, Pulak, Keefer, etc are just hacks who were/are only on the roster to appease those pesky old bats in the financial aid office.
