Why would you be flirting in a situation that it can even be considered harassment?

If you are flirting at work, it is harassment. If you are flirting at a bar, that's trying to pick someone up.

but does position/rank matter? can a guy flirt with his boss? (stupid to do so, yes. but....)

mookie has a peep that ended up marrying his woman boss. when word came out they were an item it was on the heels of his leaving to go to another firm. think the fact that she was a broad kept her from being spoken to about dating an employee.

Where I work, there are a number of couples who started off here as just coworkers. The only rule is that they can't be within the same management group. So Girl X in the Global Processing department could date Guy Y in the Corporate Actions department without any ramifications other than awkward moments should the tryst fail.

girls are half human too. they like sex just as much (ok, who is mookie kidding) as men. mookie ain't buying the "all sex is rape" line.

work is just extended college, but instead of paying one gets paid. and you can freely transfer without waiting for the semester to end.

The line is thin, sometimes crooked, and it blends in to the background. It can be difficult to see, but if you aren't sure where someone's line is it's best to err on the side of caution, rather than use your own for reference.

The best advice is to never dip your pen in the company ink.

As far as "punishment," some are asking Franken to resign. I think that's a little drastic, and I'm not a fan of his. I guess do as LeeAnn did: accept the apology and move on.

To be honest, if we shunned/boycotted anything that involved someone who played grab-arse in the 60s/70s when it was accepted, that would probably eliminate 90%+ of entertainment.

Nobody's arguing with this but it's irrelevant to the point. Girls are far more rational in general, and certainly more rational about sex. If a girl hits on you in a bar it's cuz she thinks you're cute. If a girl hits on you at work it's cuz they are trying to get something from you.

The weird thing about all this happening is that a majority of white women voted for Trump. So there's a huge disconnect here.

A good first step towards being a good person would be to not refer to women as broads.
