Last time I was there they weren't selling beer. They were selling Bud American Ale.

So is the reason for no more NESN hockey east game of the weeks due to the potential Versus deal?

If so why can't they have a deal with NESN as well. NESN always did a good job producing the games and it will be sad to no longer see them covering teams except for the Beanpot and the Fenway games.

except when vs gets the rights after nd starts playing in the beanpot!! :eek:

so there are definitely no more nesn games of the week? BU is listed on its schedule poster for this year as playing @NU 1/13 and vs PC 1/20 on NESN.

Settle down here guys. As I might have said in another thread, look at the composite league schedule after the new year:

Friday 1/13: BU at NU 7:30
Friday 1/20: PC at BU 7:30
Friday 1/27: UNH at BC 7:30
Friday 2/10: BC at UVM 7:30
Friday 2/24: BU at UVM 7:30

Friday. 7:30. Seems to me this is almost certainly gonna be the NESN schedule, no?

They are still selling beer and now have many more choices. For those of you that purchase premium seating, you will now have access to a full bar.

Very excited for BC @ NU this weekend.

Both teams coming off demolishing UNH by a combined score of 9-1. John Gaudreau makes his first appearance at Matthews Arena. Plus after the crazy season series last year how could you not be excited?

1st game BC 2 NU 0 (empty net goal so really a one goal game)
2nd game BC 7 NU 6 (Beanpot Final)
3rd game BC 7 NU 7
4th game BC 1 NU 2

Matthews will be packed. DogHouse will be sold out. Should be great hockey. Huge test for the Huskies.
