Hokydad rep comment to me: "fraud? the only fraud is you closet boy. tell your mom thanks"

That's the best you can do? Good Lord. You need to tighten your "riding on the bus helmet", champ. It's getting a little loose.

This was his last one to me...has to be hokeydope, no one else would write this terrible

I'm sure the date and time were probably right.

Re: Hockey East 2010-2011: The Quickening

Outside of PC and UMass and maybe UML, which teams?

This is really hard to determine, but if you look at the numbers, he had 8 goals last year. Here's where he'd rank in regard to returning forwards on other teams that you haven't mentioned:

UVM: 3rd behind Downing and Stacey

NU: Tied for 3rd or at the very least 5th if you count on Quailer returning to form

MC: Tied for 4th with two others

BU: 3rd behind Connolly and Gaudet

UNH: 4th behind Thompson, Sislo and DeSimone

Again, this is very hard to determine, but it's not like Almeida had the luxury of playing with BC's top forwards...

AHHHHHHHHHH TIMMMMAYYYYY!!!!!!!!! I can't believe he's STILL mentioning Purcell and Sweetland. But whatever.

Re: Hockey East 2010-2011: The Quickening

I really can't remember one of these things being close. Although, despite my personal allegiances, I think they may have the top team right this year.
The coaches never get it right.
UNH will win the RS Title... it's what they do.
BC and BU will battle it out for 3rd & 4th place.

Of course, there's always the possibility BU's frosh light it up... and Jackie wins his kazillion'th COTY award. ;) :p

I'm sure it was. Clearly the reason for all the spelling errors was he was texting from his van (last day in Mass. to be allowed to do it).

Like I said before, I see "Hokydads" at all the rinks. They are worse than legitimate "hockey dads" who are there to see their own kids. This guy goes there to watch other people's kids and report their results to the internetz. True scum of the hockey earth these guys are.

Re: Hockey East 2010-2011: The Quickening

We have some more videos from yesterday (and one more being uploaded as we speak). Here's some video featuring Dick Umile and Joe Bertagna at Hockey East Media Day:

Re: Hockey East 2010-2011: The Quickening

Anyone know if there is going to be any kind of internet coverage (audio/video/gametracker) of the UMass-Amherst/UNB game on Saturday?

Re: Hockey East 2010-2011: The Quickening

With the renovations at the Tsongas, and ever more options for beer ... that'll help this season not be quite so bad! :D

Usually there is no radio or video in the practice rink where this exhibition is played. Only way to see the game is be there.
