Headline News Thread II: Meanwhile...

Before I heard there was roofwork going on, I noticed the roof was in really rough shape in the aerial views on google maps. Almost like water had been ponding there over the years. Wouldn't be surprised to see water damage from inadequate drainage.

https://arcg.is/bueiv <--- apparently you can't link. Address is around
88th St, Miami Beach, Florida, 33154

Was also seeing some really bad corrosion in the rebar on some of the pictures. That's a never good.

Also, here's footage from inside someone's condo. The sounds are horrifying.

She was away from the building. I don't think I'd be able to function for a very long time after that.

My wife and I stayed in the little blue hotel right next door for a week in January 2020. Have numerous pictures with this now partially collapsed building in the background. Beautiful area.

This building in question want one that looked terrible when we were there, but there are definitely higher end ones that looked nicer. The breeze of the Atlantic was strong and nearly constant when we were there, salt water residue was on everything.

The JDs I follow seem to think it was the correct legal ruling.

If there really was an agreement, then yeah, it was. And I'd presume there was, because you wouldn't testify at a civil hearing without one given that you're basically admitting to crimes under oath at that point. Having said that, how in god's earth wouldn't someone like Cosby get that in writing...
