Parler seems confused over this one. some are saying Louie is a Deep Stater who needs to be taken down...others seem to get it.

Having read the law from before 1887 I don't remember seeing that the VP had any special powers. Everything was so vague back then it is what caused the issues but the Veep cant just ignore the votes.

I am not sure why anyone would seriously think any court would overrule the Electoral Count Act anyways...certainly not the Supreme Court.

They want to purge the rolls now? I mean I get trying 2 months ago but literally days before the runoff when voting is already being done? It is like they are trying to lose...

Pence still thinks he has a shot in 2024...even if he supported the move there is no one who works for him who will tell him this is a good idea. If he violates election law his future is dead. No judge is going to override the Electoral Count Act and give Pence ultimate authority. Even the half azzed interpretation of the 12th Amendment doesn't allow for that.

What an interesting precedent to want to set though. According to Louie the Moron the Veep is the most powerful person in the country. On a whim they can just ignore the voters and crown the new President. Who needs elections?!?

And FWIW Louie I believe had to try and get Pence on board. It was procedure before bringing suit...

I disagree. I think literally the only way he ever wins another race as an R is if he does his best for the coup. It is going to be a purity test for R's for the next 20 years to blankly and blindly assert the only way Daddyjesusdump could have lost was trickeration.

These guys have gone 'round the bend.
 
How many vice presidents of failed one-term presidents ever go on to add to their political "career?" The only version of the United States where Pence resurrects himself politically is a fascist version, and then we have other things to worry about.
