Golf 2016 - I Phil we'll never hear the Rory of the Tiger again.

Re: Golf 2016 - I Phil we'll never hear the Rory of the Tiger again.

For Team USA, there's a point system that runs for the prior year or two (I forget which), based on finish in events. At one time points were doubled for the four major tournaments. I'm not sure if that is still the case. The top 8 automatically qualify, and the captain gets 4 picks.

Team Europe has their own point system, but I do not recall what it is.

Europe is like top 4 from European Tour, Top 4 from PGA Tour, 4 Captains selections. That's more or less, might be a minor slip up on my end there.

And she’s going through with it

Im fine with her trying to get medical expense plus quality of life payment from the tour.

I get there is risk at sporting events, but at some point the billion dollar business needs to have some responsibility.

This crap went away with the netting in baseball and hockey. DESPITE the waiver one agrees to, that is printed on the back of a ticket....

I'm sorry she got hurt. However, pay the f* attention. You're there to watch the sport (or in this case game ;) ) right? Shoulda saw it coming and ducked.

It's becoming increasingly apparent why no one wants to deal with Patrick Reed, his wife, and his in-laws. All this whining is really not a good image to project.

Woods/Mickelson: Who cares?

And who gave birth to this idea, thinking a lot of people would pay money?
