Eventually, all Caitlin will be good for is being on Faux/OAN as the "token trans woman who agrees with trans discrimination." See Blair White.

That's not what the statute says, exactly... What it says is that businesses have to notify customers that there is no such thing as a segregated Men's restroom nor a Women's restroom on-site. This doesn't strike me as fundamentally unreasonable. It's a major sea-change to send your little girls into, say, a YMCA locker room where "cis" men are allowed free access just because they profess to identify as women at that moment.

I'm as Left as Bernie, but that makes no sense and it will not fly in a meaningful manner- even with Liberals- when they have to deal with it first-hand. Either we have a concrete definition of gender, or we can throw the whole concept of gender out the window.

I don't see how we can have it both ways, but I'd like to hear your take. (The smug p***k, not so much.)

I love this. Fishy comes in with his ONE deceased argument on how anti-trans laws are needed to prevent rape in public bathrooms, he gets his proverbial tail kicked and tossed in the dumpster out back over and over again, but never learns from this.

Fishy, sweetie... there's nothing wrong with having public humiliation as your kink. However, this board isn't the place for it. You'd better be served by a professional Mistress who can dedicate her time to you at $300/hour.
 
And also, I COULD give you my take on "how we need a clear definition of gender." I could do that, yes. In my time as advocate, I've been through so-called debates like this while dealing with subsequent gaslighting and outright ignorance of evidence while bigots scream "BUT MY CONCERNS!" before, so it won't be for free.
 
Also, changing the topic:

AA changed their General Preamble from "men and women" to a generic "people."

The fundies in traditional AA are losing their minds.

Huh? Who said anything of the sort? Don't project YOUR fantasies, please.

Point is, if it's a free-for-all in terms of gender anywhere, there's gonna be trouble, and it won't help the cause in either the short- or long-term.

Pretty simple stuff.

Nobody is kicking my tail. You just continue to deflect the obvious here, and to hide behind sarcasm and insults, while never addressing the obvious societal issues.

America is not ready for open bathrooms, showers, etc. That's utterly apparent, for better or for worse.

And it's not about "rape". You said that, not me.

Get a grip on reality. This transition is going to take some time, and pushing too hard on it right now just empowers the MAGA crowd.

I do not have to be nice to bullies and disrespectful brats. Especially bullies and disrespectful brats who come with absolutely NO evidence.
 
American Psychological Association, American Medical Association, various psychological and medical boards outside those, biologists with a doctorate and more: Gender is a spectrum.
