One of the better consequences of giving up on the Nazis is no Dem has top pay any homage anymore to the Phobes. I suppose Manchin has to tread carefully, but that prairie corndog bullsh-t is dead.
 
I really don't get how I can introduce myself at work as "Amber Marie, she/her/hers," then go out and get boobs, and then go to work and be called "sir" and "he." Customers are one thing, but to hear it from Team Leads is frustrating.
 
Team Leads? I’d go right to HR. Like, walk off the floor, kick down the door, and ask how they’re going to fix this.

Witnesses when possible.

From what you've told me I don't think these are innocent mistakes. I think it's a harassment campaign by conservaderps. If those are coworkers you can get them reprimanded. If they are managers you can mention the magical words "hostile work environment" and if your company has any counsel at all they will be begging you to accept a check.

The Feds aren't on the scumbags' side anymore. Time to drive this filth back underground to their herpa-churches.

Yup. If you can get a witness or two, it’s going to be fairly ugly.

Even if you don’t get cut a check for systemic harassment and abuse, there are enough people willing to never shop a store again if they put up with this crap. Media exposure fucked over Founders (at least for a little while, who knows if it had a lasting impact. I’ve not bought a founders since the allegations came out).

just make sure your mentally prepare yourself. Going to HR, even when you’re in the right and have evident and support is an ordeal. Probably even making the workplace less hospitable in the short run.

President Joe Biden signed an executive order rescinding former President Donald Trump’s ban on transgender individuals in the military on Monday.

“President Biden believes that gender identity should not be a bar to military service, and that America’s strength is found in its diversity,” the White House said in a statement. “This question of how to enable all qualified Americans to serve in the military is easily answered by recognizing our core values. America is stronger, at home and around the world, when it is inclusive.”

Trump announced the ban several months into his presidency, claiming that the military would be “burdened” with “the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender [sic] in the military would entail.”

He had been given falsely inflated estimates of the cost of sex-reassignment surgery at the time, journalist Bob Woodward reported in his book. Trump complained about the expense in a transphobic rant to then-White House senior aide Steve Bannon before issuing the ban.

“What the f-ck? They’re coming in here, they’re getting clipped,” Trump reportedly griped. “Not going to happen.”
