I'm not sure Northland scored 4 goals all of last year.

EDIT: that must be shots this period, because it says bethel's goalie has 31 saves... 4 goals in 7 shots would make for a REALLY BAD night. :D

2.2 seconds left and on the pp...after a horribly weak hooking call with 47 seconds to play. Too bad for northland...they played a nice game and are quite a bit improved from past years.

Oh, that part of the story is already shot to hell. I just would have liked to see some improvement out of the bottom half of the league. Let's face it. The MCHA needs all the non-con victories they can get, especially Northland and Concordia.

Both teams put in a good effort, and it ended up being a pretty good game.

That penalty at the end was horrid, they let a lot go in ot, and that call was not consistent with what the refs had been calling. The goal was legit, a good look from the center of the blueline and a bomb that went in. But northland shouldn't have had a guy in the box for it in my opinion.

nsnsports.net I believe, and I remember the guy from Primelink saying they were too, but I havnt seen anything in a while....
