I'm happy with standing room, I like standing in the bar behind home plate, it is a great place to watch the game.

So it was great to finally meet Scarlet last night.

It was OK to meet Brent too, I guess. Handy and MNS I've met before so nothing new there... You three were remarkably well behaved, maybe intimidated by being in Edina. I was surprised to learn that Brent owns a tie.

This will shock you then: I own about 5-6 ties.
It was very nice to meet you and the family. goldy Jr is a bright lad, and he'll go far in life, and Mrs goldy definitely "settled."

I think it was a combination of being sober and wanting to make a good impression with Scarlet.

I've already met Scarlet before last night, so there!

Updated weather forecast according to KSTP:

Clouds this morning will give way to sunshine around 9 AM with partly cloudy skies this afternoon and mild temperatures once again. All in all today through Friday look very nice with only once chance of showers coming in late Thursday night into Friday morning. The Twins home opener is looking just fine!

The weekend continues to look warmer with highs in the mid to upper 60s on Saturday. A few places may make a run at 70 degrees. However our first round of strong to severe storms are possible on Saturday night.

Goldy is (and always has been) good people...but yeah his wife settled for sure Obviously the kid takes after the mom

And I have met Scarlet too so I had no reason to be on my best behavior I just didnt want people to realize my bank account was not large enough to be allowed within the Edina City Limits

And Interlachen is beautiful when it greens up. They'll give it plenty of time to get prepared before letting golfers out there. Here is the listing of open courses, if you're interested, Mookie. I just saw on that page that my course is open already. I should go golfing. Except its not really my course anymore, since I'm not buying a membership this year, my house is too far away to justify it, but I still know everyone there. Its a pretty nice course, Mookie, if you want to check it out, though I'm sure its browner than Denzel at this point.

I am not inclined to bring the clubs unless it's for a reason. Interlachen was a reason.
But I'll probably play Sunday afternoon when I get home so no big deal...
Of course if any of y'all wanted to get out Saturday my arm could be twisted....
