Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

Re: Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

2 more goals (Duszynski and Eskadjian) to make it 4-0 Norwich over NEC. Harvey doesn't sound like he's getting any help from the defense. I am trying to watch on the internet but it has been buffering for like 10 minutes. Anybody got any suggestions? Keep us updated Prez.

Colby looking for its first home win, up on UNE 2-0 after 1. Goals by Jack Bartlett and Wil Hartigan, although Mike Doherty should get credit for the Hartigan goal. Either way, Mules outshooting UNE 19-3 after 1 and have the 2 goal lead.

Re: Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

Babson 1 Skidmore 0
Donato ppg
Babson killed off a 5 on 3 end of the 1st, Skidmore starts the 2d with a 5 on 3 first 13 seconds of the 2nd

Re: Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

Still Adrian 1 - MSOE 0 halfway through the 2nd.

MSOE needs to capitalize on one of these PP chances.

Re: Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

Janke with a snipe from the middle of the circle to give Norwich a 5-0 lead.

3 minutes to go in 2nd.

Re: Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

Norwich:6
NEC:0

End of 2.

Bell with his first of the season and Janke adds his ninth.

Shots are 30-10 Norwich.

Re: Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

6-1 Mules after 2. 2nd period goals by Lehman, Crinnion, Rappaport and McGinn (although McGrath should get credit for McGinn's goal...McGinn poked the puck into the back of the net after it had crossed the goal line). Sullivan has the lone Nor'Easter's tally. Shots 36-16 Mules.

I always listen to George and Jon, even when the game is on the internet, no one call a game better but they don't have access to the assists or penalty calls. The game is back on, buffering stopped with the start of the second period.Must be that NEC doesn't have a sound system and not much of a fan base. I can only hear Norwich fans cheering...He Shoots, He Scores. Dubois not challenge much but looking a little more confident when there are a bunch of players in front of him scrambling for the puck. Defence holding their positions more too. Is that a fair assessment Prez?

Sounds pretty much perfect. NEC is having a really hard time breaking out of their zone. They were better in the second period but still can't generate much offense. 'Wick's forecheck was outstanding.

Duszynski and Janke are dominating the game and the defense is doing a great job keeping all NEC chances to the outside. Dubois really hasn't been challenged at all yet.

One of Norwich's best efforts of the season so far.

Re: Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

Are these Bowdoin announcers serious? I can't figure out how they are more interested in an actual fight between an actual Polar Bear and a Husky and not calling ther play and figuring out what penalties are being called.

They obviously don't know anything about hockey and serving of multiple penalties and players standing up for their goaltenders!

If these guys would read the score sheet, they would know that Bowdoin is going to end up with a 3-minute Power Play.

Re: Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

They are students Jim, you have to cut them some slack.

I understand that they are students. I put a higher standard on Bowdoin students as they are NOT stupid by any means. They just don't have a clue about calling a hockey game.

Re: Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

Two quick Bowdoin goals in the 3rd Period

USM 1
BOW 5
3rd Period

GOAL by BOW Daniel Weiniger, Assist by Brendan Reich. (:32)
GOAL by BOW Colin Downey (POWER-PLAY), Assist by Daniel Weiniger and Brendan Reich. (2:16) PPG

Re: Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

Hamline leads Bethel 2-0 in the first on a pair of ppgs.

Olaf and St. Mary's are tied 0-0 after 1.

Superior leads stout 2-0 in the first

Augsburg and Gustavus got a late start due to weather, but are underway and scoreless in the first
