Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

Re: Friday Scores Drop teh Puck and see who has the luck

What, no Army-Navy talk?

Huh?

I'm referring to the real rivalry in Maine. And it's not Bowdoin-USM.

Bowdoin-Colby has one of the most intense rivalries in Division III, and it goes well beyond just hockey. One year, they had to ban fans from the rink because it got so intense.

Bowdoin- Colby rivlry is almost as intense,(but not quite) as Norwich-Middlebury. Although we'll see if it continues after this year.

Just ask anyone who has been to a basketball or football game in Brunswick or Waterville!

At least it's on the schedule for next year. I'm not even a football fan, but I hated seeing the football rivalry go away. The one NU football game I would always go to (in either place)

I would have to disagree. Bowdoin and Colby play each other in virtually every sport. Norwich doesn't play Midd in lacrosse, baseball, basketball, golf, tennis, etc. The Norwich rivalry with Midd pales in comparison with Bowdoin-Colby.

It was until Midd stopped playing football with Norwich.

What was until? Midd can't play you in football because NESCAC is a playing conference with an 8 game schedule. The other sports mentioned have room for non conference games.
