Measured my waist, hips, and chest this morning. This is after three weeks of Les Mills Combat and Groundhog Marathon training.
Waist: 33" (down from 33.5")
Hips: 38.5" (down from 39")
Chest: 37" (down from 37.5")
In terms of my weight and the actual number, I've set the target at 200 and no more than that. Having already grappled with disordered eating and a free-falling weight before, I think 6'2", 200 lbs is a nice place to sit.
