What a heart breaker. I know how that felt when LSSU lost the championship in '93 to Maine. Still what a great year Ferris.

So this is how it ends, huh?
Okay. I can live with this.
Preseason 9th in the CCHA. Zero draft picks. And yet we went toe to toe with the best team in the country for 57 minutes before they put us away.
We played our asses off. We just got beat by a really good team. If Boston College isn't on the other side of the bracket, there's a really good chance we're winning the whole thing, and that's unfathomable.
So congrats to BC, and for us, this might be once in a lifetime moment for our program. Let's enjoy this. Don't cry because it ended the way it did. Smile because it happened.
No regrets whatsoever, boys. Well done.

This. Absolutely.
Right now this hurts, it hurts to know our boys played with everything they had and still came away with the loss. But in the end I don't think that that's what we'll remember. We'll remember how we were the runner up in the NCAA tournament and played at the same level as the best team in the country.

Congrats guys. I remember watching the pair of games you had against RPI at the beginning of the year and despite getting shut-out twice, making fun of your announcer's repeated saying of "Nationally Ranked RPI". I guess when we take the pair against you next year, it will be "National Runner-Up Ferris State." You guys did awesome and came so close.
