GO BULLDOGS!!! You have an opportunity for the "Left Behinds" here.... For many of us this is more than a game for a single program... You're representing a good chunk of college hockey... Let's make the most of this, eh?

Shoot I'm still having nightmares of Thomas Vanek, I'm not ready for any more.

Ferris really hasn't played a loaded team like this since Michigan in the first half of the season so there is really no telling how the Bulldogs will come out since they are clearly a different team than that weekend against UofM.

Just last year I talked with someone about the teams I would most want to win a championship. And in order it was:

FSU hockey
USA world cup (men's)
Lions
Tigers

I figured most of it was impossible. But I am 60 minutes away from bucket list material.

Congratulations to Ferris and all their fans. The better team won and your boys kept their poise today. Impressed with the speed and defensive discipline of the Bulldogs - Union just could never get any flow going to their game. No reason you can't win it all and as a fellow "JV" fan I'll be rooting for the Dogs Saturday.

As Vizoroo pointed out, DU Pioneers were among those who defeated the school from MA during the regular season. Ferris, complete the dream and do likewise! Your style of play can overcome the "gush factor" being applied to the team from back east. Daniels' team game and mistake-avoidance approach has worked soundly to date. FINISH IT!

Let's please not have an off-season of gushing by Notre Dame, East Branch Campus. Bulldogs have already conquered the main campus in South Bend, after all...

Never thought I'd see FSU playing in an NC game. I'm so proud right now I'm bursting. Win or lose, it's great for the program, but I'm greedy now, I want this win. Realistically, I don't think anyone can stop BC but every now and then David throws the rock to the right spot. Regardless of the outcome Saturday, this calls for breaking out the good bourbon.

Most of us all watched BC dismantle Minny last night, I just hope Ferris didn't watch. BC is scary good right now.

Ferris has been surprising people all season, here's hoping they have one more shocker in them. Go Bulldogs!

Good luck Saturday. I think you'll have to play your best game of the season to spring the upset, but any of us that have watched hockey for any length of time have seen such things occur with astonishing regularity.

Hats off to FSU from the UP! I'm sure I'll grow to hate you once you're in the nWCHA playing the Huskies. As I stated in the Frozen Four thread, I don't think this is any David and Goliath championship. Michigan Tech fell just short of beating BC in the GLI. I think the capability between FSU and BC is pretty even and although the two teams have very different strengths and strategies, either could win. The media is really exaggerating the differences between these two teams. I predict that FSU plays tough and consistent throughout and that it's a low scoring game. Let's start off the nWCHA with 9 NCAA trophies on its shelf.

Way to go Bulldogs and MSU fans will be pulling for you. Your situation is very much like ours going into the 2007 NC game: underdogs, high flying BC team on a long winning streak etc. It turned out to be the best sports moment of my life so I hope it's the same for you guys.

Just be prepared to be a total wreck until the final buzzer with FSU on top.

Great game last night and congrats on an awesome season so far. I hope you guys come out strong tomorrow becuase I enjoy nothing more than seeing a New England team get upset.

Congratulations to Taylor Nelson (1st Team West) and Chad Billins (2nd Team West) being named All-Americans today. That makes 2 years in a row that Ferris has produced multiple All-Americans.

Both very deserving of the honor.

BC looked very tough against Minnesota but what can I say, you gotta go with your conference. Go Ferris! Good luck tonight!
