Alrightly now guys, Time to remember that Polls Don't Matter. Nobody puts a banner up in the arena just because they were ranked number one for a week in the season. They put them up because you win the conference tournament, or had a deep run in the NCAA's.

All this talk about color makes me glad our colors aren't **** brown and neon orange like Bowling Green's.

Give this win to the coaches as much as the players. This would have been an easy one to lose with the mindset that they're the best team in the country, playing in the place they don't lose, against a team that doesn't win very often. You know BG wanted this one badly. Nicely done by Daniels and company having them mentally ready for this game.

I think being mentally ready was huge. Coach Daniels said something along the lines in an interview this week that while it is nice to be recognized and really cool for the fans the team has bigger goals. I hope we see much of the same attitude tomorrow.

It is not yet done. We've only clinched a tie. We still need one more point to take it outright.

Down to 4th in the Pairwise, imagine that, beating a bad team doesn't boost the ranking.

I think if we can sweep Western, we'll guarantee a tournament berth. I'm surprised that they are as low (20th) in the PWR as they are. Still know they are going to be a handful to beat.

Bowling Green doesn't show much, but we avoided the trap game. Good teams win the games they are supposed to, and the Dogs took care of business.

Even if we clinched outright, there is no way that Ferris would even think about losing the last two games and going into playoffs with a two game losing streak. Western Michigan is going to bring everything they got their last two games in order to assure themselves a good place in the standings. Ferris should at least split with Western if they play two solid games.

What is the furthest that the Bulldogs have gone in the playoffs?
