I won't be party-faithful, even in re-alignment, but I'm greatly interested in what happens now. Which party (new, old, whatever) has heard the message that America delivered tonight?

I'm frankly disgusted by this nation, by my state, by my district, by my country.

I just need to figure out how to protect my position in the intervening years before the country bottoms out.

I know emotions run high. We've all seen it when Obama, Clinton, Bush(es) got elected. It happens.

For all of Rover's talk about winning 6 of 7 popular voting totals (which looks it might happen. Again) , what this really shows is the old saying that Democrats fall in love while Republicans fall in line. It's taken two dynamic candidates to win the White House in the last 40 years.

But that's the thing... outrageously stupid as it is to "endorse" by voting for him, they are counting on all those hateful things he's said being lies. They are still decent people, they just say "that's just the way he talks... he's from New York... at least he can't screw things up as bad as Hillary..." He's a pet moose, but they're not going to let him run with his whims.

I hope.
What's the alternative to holding him accountable to human decency? Complete despair? Surrender?

No I am not kidding...there is zero chance Drumpf doesnt go after those that rip him and expand the reach of the NSA and the Patriot Act. Congrats GOPers you just voted for Big Brother!

My company just ordered 14 new 747-8Fs, with an option for 14 more as part of plans to expand on global trading routes.

Analysts are expecting a global recession.

Who the hell votes for someone hoping that nothing they campaign on will actually happen?

Ann Coulter mentioned that if only people that had four grandparents born in America could vote, Trump would win in a landslide. My paternal grandmother was born in Australia. I have relatives there, ones that I am in touch with.

I know many of these people. They see Hillary as evil, cunning, and capable, and Trump as sleazy and feckless. They voted for sleazy.

I blame America for lack of critical thinking skills, social media, and reality TV. These bad things are of course intertwined.
