Yup.

From my perspective, I'm a white, working class, unionized male in unskilled labor with a wife who has less training and skill than myself and a daughter. I can't move. I have to live in this mess and I'm living in heartland Trump country. I'm terrified for my future. Oil production and prices have declined and won't go back up, jobs are drying up, the state is broke and run by idiots. And to be honest, I don't even know if I'll be alive in 4 years because we've got a nuke happy President.

My life, in real, tangible ways, does not look good. I'm terrified.

I'm just getting tired of people (supposedly intelligent, college-educated people, since NOT ONE of those types voted for Trump, according to media, social or otherwise) basically saying we are now Hitler-era Germany. They seem to forget checks and balances, half the nation (if not more) actually disagree with Trump's social views, AND don't see the bigger picture: common America wanted to blow up the current system of how the government works, and Trump realized that, and won them all over with his salesmanship.

When I woke up this morning I had hope and faith in tomorrow. I'm going to bed with neither.

My wife had her spirit crushed today, that is something that I will not forget nor forgive.

Hillary got more votes than Bernie, and it wasn't close. Biden chose not to run. I know the backup quarterback is the most popular player on the team, but I'm farking sick of Bernie Bros. whining about the process.

If you don't have faith in your country in the "darkest of times," you probably didn't have much faith in our country to begin with.

What's hilarious is you think a GOP Congress is going to be a check on Trump. The only real check will be the lower courts which are solidly Democratic at this point, and then however moderate Justice Kennedy is feeling on a given day.

I am a white working class man, in a union, working 3 jobs. (ncluding teaching college aged minorities) My girlfriend is a newly tenured teacher (she teaches kids in treatment for drugs and mental health) and we just bought a house. My best friend teaches in downtown St. Paul, almost all minorities...and he has a new daughter. We have no words...
