On July 31, before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Department of Justice (DOJ) lawyers spent considerable effort defending President Donald Trump’s sweeping tariffs by drawing a false distinction. They argued that Trump had to use the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to enact his Liberation Day tariffs because Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974, which allows the president to use tariffs or quotas to address balance of payments deficits, could not do the job.

Not sure what he'd have to shart out that he hasn't already. Blue states in rebellion letting illegals vote, stealing elections from God-fearing, white male 'Murican candidates, blah blah blah.

There is no alternative. You are correct that we can use our imaginations to find a happy place for a little while, but this is the world we live in. If you had told me when I was a kid celebrating the 200th anniversary of a country I was raised to love would need protests to tell the government that we have a Bill of Rights I would have told you you were insane.
 
Leavitt says it will focus on fixing the affordability crisis (I thought that was made up) that Biden created on year ago (during Trump's second term).
 
Dems are reporting DOJ held back files on taco in epstein files. Cant imagine That bondi or kash would do that.
