If I was a betting man I'd bet that Portland and Oregon will be where it all kicks off.
 
It occurs to me (yes, one of the worst offenders) that to survive the next 3 years we should all try to be a little gentler with each other. For whatever reasons, this is our chosen resistance forum. We should try to make it a little kinder. That doesn't mean gatekeeping, scolding, or hall monitoring. Just a thought to inception ourselves with. No doubt I will deny Christ thrice before the cock crows, but... aspirational.

These guys are always too arrogant and proud of their butchery for that though.

I’ve only seen one of this pics of the suspected home. If it’s accurate, I do not want arsonists to make a visit. Seriously, the era in which that design of a house was built has maybe 8ft. of separation to the homes on either side. That criminal’s neighbors shouldn’t suffer tragedy due to him. We already have a Graffiti Bridge to celebrate, maybe we could just add a Graffiti House to exist in infamy.

0% chance...he has been doing this job for a while (unlike the new recruits) and is a Vet with serious MAGA love if I heard right. He feels zero remorse and likely is only mad he is likely being prevented from doing it again.

I can only speak for myself but I dont take any of the stuff we all say around here all that seriously. You and I bicker a lot but I just remember to walk away when it gets heated and I never hold it against you personally. Outside of a couple people around here I find this place to be pretty civil. Especially considering the things we discuss.

But most people think I am an asshole so maybe that is why ;)

The worse it gets out there the better we should try to be in here. I always fully expected shit would go down someday but didn't expect to live to see it.

Someday is today.

There are lists of things to do to prepare. Hard encrypt. Store locally. Disable location services. Acquire (ahem) burner phones. Have an escape plan. Have a safe destination for at least short term. Know how to interfere with state surveillance. Understand how paramilitary forces operate. Limit your visibility. Stop self snitchin'. If you aren't afraid of firearms, get training and equipment. I've already started doing many of these things -- others, like constructing alternate identities and methods of disappearing, are beyond me at this point in life but maybe not our younger folks. Other things the Olds have the advantage. Learn how to live when they shut down the internet. Learn how to survive without your iPacifier, because it is becoming nothing more than a homing beacon. Learn how to survive when the 1s and 0s that define your property and your savings just wink out of existence. Maybe we can all help each other. Maybe we can form little circles of trust in our local area so we are not alone when we are forcibly electronically isolated.

Be safe. Be smart. Be a little paranoid. To the Nazis, a free citizen is a criminal. You're now criminals in the eyes of the justice apparatus we built to ignore rights when going after terrorists and drug lords. To this regime and the murder monkeys who support it, that's you.
