Understand...that video was leaked to Alpha News. That means one of two things...

1) they/he think it proves it was self defense (good god no)

2) DHS is gonna cut him loose

If DHS fires him, couldn't the state then swoop in with a murder 2 charge that Dump can't pardon?

If so, I bet he flees MN for Texas and gets Governor Gimpy to protect him from extradition. I put absolutely nothing past any of these assholes. They aren't going to just surrender and go quietly when their time comes.

They can anyways. It would likely be moved to federal court though and well...

Alpha is run I believe by the prick who ran the Police Union until George Floyd (iirc) so likely they think this proves their point. That is how delusional they are.

Btw apparently the guy unironically flies the "Dont Tread on Me" flag if his address is correct.
 
Given that we’ve just passed the anniversary of January 6, I can’t help but draw a contrast between how Capitol Police performed on that day and how ICE operates. More than 100 Capitol Police officers were injured on January 6. Fifteen of them were hospitalized. But even with that number of officer injuries, only a single rioter was shot—and only as a last resort, when a mob was about to break down a door behind which members of Congress were sheltering. The Capitol Police showed incredible restraint in genuinely dangerous circumstances.

So a CBS Evening News reporter actually did a pretty solid breakdown of the ICE murder video, talking to a former agent who details all the ways Ross messed up. And yet: It didn’t air on the actual show tonight. CBS did post it to YouTube—and it has nearly 800k views already...

I used to be an acquaintance with one, many, many years ago. She was set to marry her cop/lover. Unfortunately, he was still married to his 1st wife at the time, and the day of the wedding, his OTHER girlfriend shot him in the leg. A few years later, the girlfriend cop vandalized and basically sunk her other cop boyfriend's boat. I don't know about any of you, but shit like this happens at my workplace every day.
