Not wrong. Just pre-1950. There is nothing inherently right about post-1950. It's where we happen to have been hatched. Hemlines change.

16 year olds cant sign contracts in most states as they are considered minors. (emancipation changes things) If they aren't mentally ready to understand a contract they are in no position to be screwing adults.

This "16 year olds are fine" is just remnants of the the Patriarchal Society BS...some of it from Ancient Times (Romans married very young) and a lot of it religious. It is disgusting and it is wrong. And that includes when Adult women do it to young boys as well.

Again the 2 year gap should always be in play.

Pre-1950 was wrong. This is not hard dude. Its no different than "Pre-1950 Black People had separate bathrooms" or "pre-1950 women couldn't get bank accounts". Just because it was an accept standard doesn't make it ok.

Fifa’s president Gianni Infantino agreed that World Cup matches due to be played in the US next year could still be moved on safety grounds at President Trump’s request.

Trump has been warning host cities under Democratic control, including Boston, Los Angeles and Seattle, that he will call upon Infantino to switch venues if he deems there is a “problem” with security.

The US president first raised the issue in connection with cities which have refused to co-operate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents seeking illegal migrants under Trump’s immigration crackdown. Tensions erupted into street protests in Los Angeles in June leading Trump to deploy National Guard troops.

As for what "normal" sexuality is, it probably includes rape. Nature red in tooth and claw. You don't have Mother Nature on your side here -- she only wants to bump the numbers as fast as she can. Mother Nature is a terrible moral standard. She's really into murder, too.

Being a human as distinct from an animal is as much commanding as obeying nature. But it is also understanding and not pretending. 20-somethings have been with teenagers throughout world history. If they were dysfunctional, wildly power-imbalanced relationships, well, so were all relationships. We can say we don't celebrate a thing without needing to claim it is A Universal Wrong. That is the mistake the Thumpers make.

That's a better argument at least. Fucking could be considered a contract. It certainly has momentous consequences.

What we really need is registration and driver ed for fucking. Get your license or you can't play.

And insurance. Fucking Insurance. I guess that was called marriage.
 
"rape" in the animal kingdom is a matter of reproduction and animals haven't evolved to the point where they can suppress the need/urge.

I love, love, love the female form, but I've never had the urge to grab a female against her will and bend her over at my whim.

Are you using "evolve" in it purely technical sense? If so then you're just wrong on the facts. Our horror of rape is cultural. Biologically the machine's gonna go along with it just fine. Either that or rapists are a different species of human beings with a different physiological makeup. That's not correct.

We are tripping up on the difference between biology and culture. I've strictly been talking about the 1s and 0s in our DNA. If we move the discussion to the stories we tell ourselves to create the "real world," then of course we are long, long past rape being acceptable. That is why the fact of rape is so troubling and mass rape by otherwise apparently sane men during wars is so telling. Our culture is only as deep as the layers of comfort we've built into our lives from the cold metal of our biology.

Our humanity is the top soil. The planet is nature. It is indifferent to any of our cultural assertions. It's a big enough issue we invented religion to deal with it.
 
The economy is doing so well guests on Faux News are sharing important tips on saving money during the holidays (note the use of holiday, not Christmas!) including such useful advice like "Fuck Grandma." Also, "Fuck babies."

This reminds me of companies giving helpful savings tips to their employees while paying them shit.

I've never been truly dirt poor, but I gotta think this is the kind of thing that ends with heads on pikes.

Physiologically perhaps not. However to not completely discount a physiological distinction, rape has often been linked to paraphilic disorders which are understood to be rooted in both physiological and psychological factors. Not to belabor the point.

Nah, they bribe too. They understand it as a normal business expense. Dump doesn't pay his bills, but he pays his bribes promptly. It might be the only thing he ever learned about construction.
