Democrats standing around waiting for the fever to break while Republicans are threatening to arrest a Governor and Mayor. Meanwhile Minneapolis is a warzone and no one with power cares...

Well a question for my learned friends here...what happens when people no longer feel their government protects them or acts in their best interests?

In 2021 wasn't it the DEMOCRATS who were the winners? Biden took office with the House controlled by his party, and once his VP was sworn in, control of the Senate. They should have ended the filibuster, added 4 seats to the Supreme Court, and ensured that trump would spend the rest of his life in prison by vigorously prosecuting him for the federal crimes he committed. They chose the battles they wanted to "fight."

Franky, we would have been better off if the insurrection on January 6, 2021 would have netted the MAGAts a few dead politicians. Maybe then the democrats would have responded to the full truth about what they were up against. And if it didn't, no great loss if were were short a Pelosi here, a Schumer there, and a Pence swinging over the top of them.
