The videos I've seen pretty clearly show that he was in no danger of being run over. However, it does appear that there is one bullet hole in the very front left corner of the windshield, in addition to the drivers side window being shot out. ICE policy requires the use of bodyworn cameras. Video should be available from every agent who was involved in the death of a citizen in Minneapolis. ICE should release all of that video so the public can have clarity about the Secy's claim the shooting was self defense...
