Dump Term 2, Part 2: "A third term would be a big shattering."

Oh if that is true, Handy....

One of my closest friends made one of those "Tragic/Heartbroken" type of posts on Facebook that made me roll my eyes but what was even worse was this older woman from our church responds with "Why does the left always kill the right?" I know this older woman but not enough for me to respond today with a comment about how this guy is crazy guy from the right and demand her to respond. My tinfoil hat conspiracy was that Kirk was a sacrificial lamb to change the narrative away from the Epstein files and cause more division between the right and the left.

I'm going to the Sox-Yankees game tonight and if they have a moment of silence for him (like they did at Yankee Stadium) last night, I'm staying in my seat and watching Law & Order on my phone.
At least you can post “tinfoil hat theory” amd people like it.

I posted that yesterday and it didn’t even take five minutes for multiple posters to tell me how wrong I was

Sure they did...its what sparked the newer conspiracy movement. Dont you remember the rants Flaggy went on? there were millions like him out there waiting for the military to show up and martial law to be declared. Trump courted them with birtherism and used them (usually they never voted mainstream) to steal the Republican Party away from the neocons. Now they are the government...

We took the Ruby Ridge/Waco nutjobs and put them in charge.
No, they don't give a crap that Trump's doing it now.

It was just another excuse for them to rage against the black man.

I am patiently waiting for the WSJ to beg for forgiveness about the lies they told about the casings...

So it seems that the only real tragedy here is that he only stayed on the lam for 3 days. If only it had been 2 weeks... Can you imagine the pitch that the MAGA rhetoric would have reached? Only to have it come crashing down on their red hat clad heads.

What a missed opportunity. Oh well, just the first 3 days have turned out to be fun.

The BlueAnon rejects are out in full force saying Kirk was killed because he said release the Epstein Files. Yeah the guy with the droopy mouth ordered a hit  :ROFLMAO:

Same thing with Trump getting shot...the cop killing the shooter made it way to easy to shift the narrative. Problem was our country is filled with morons.

I get your frustration. Sometimes, people on the left can seem to have the purity tests, telling each other how they’re wrong or their views are stupid. Tone matters a lot- for instance, kep once showed me a double standard I had on religion, and I still think about it. But he was polite and gentle in how he worded it, and for me that made a difference

Sometimes I wish we’d stop disagreeing, but then I remember we’re not a fucking cult, we actually can articulate slightly different views, unlike the death cult
Oh you are in a cult. You worship the State, it is your religion.

Always when the right points left you need to look right back at them.

My opinion stems from the fact history is working against your confident belief a violent revolution is going to take place within an existing democracy no less. When's the last time a sucessful revolution happened - 1986 here in the Philippines? That was non-violent. Similarly in Poland and Czechoslovakia in 1989 were non-violent. Did anything lasting or positive come out of the Arab Spring? When I say people have grown soft I don't mean effeminite - I mean desensitized, unobservant, unaware and mentally lazy.
Romania, Christmas 1989. That was probably the last successful bloody one that ended in democracy, and those people had lived in abject poverty and political repression for eons (even by the standards of other Eastern Bloc countries) while Ceausescu fiddled and built a monument to his ego that still isn't complete - more than half the rooms are unfinished.
