Don’t know if this was posted in January 2024 when it originally aired, but I caught this on PBS last night. Absolutely fascinating, and equally depressing considering our current timeline and recent events. Highly recommended…

So Elon has basically apologized to Donnie, posting on Xitter that maybe some of the things he posted went too far.

Can't wait to see the ritual degrading that Donnie's gonna submit him to for the next four years. Elon showed weakness, which Donnie can't stand, basically gone groveling to him, and Donnie will not refuse every opportunity that presents to rub Elon's nose in it. Should be grand.

Gonna be the only thing to enjoy about this awful time.
 
I dont think Donnie is going to do it...he no longer needs him. Elmo is going to be hanging out with Nimrata begging to have contact!

That should go well...

There is a "Club" tourny going on right now (I heard it called the Mini FIFA or something) and Seattle was going to use it as a dry run for the World Cup...they were expecting huge crowds and lots of visitors. The seat map for the next game is pathetic no one is buying tickets.

note: I know nothing about soccer just a report I saw out of Seattle.

Speaking of. There was a video on Reddit on r/hockey showing a blond woman in a Florida jersey dumping her entire drink on one of the oilers players heads.

The comments were gold.

This is Econ 101: cutting off America's supply of cheap solar and wind + surging demand from data centers and gas exports = higher energy prices for everyone. Republicans’ Big Ugly Bill will only fan the flames and make household energy bills more expensive.

That's what I mean. Donnie will humiliate Elon in every way possible, and Elon will continue to grovel to try to get back in his good graces.
