The former Columbia University student arrested on campus and scheduled for deportation has filed evidence that shows claims underlying the government's case are dubious.

NBC News reviewed more than 100 pages of documents submitted by the federal government in its effort to deport Mahmoud Khalil, as well as evidence filed by Khalil’s legal team, including his permanent residency application, several articles about his activism, and contracts and letters detailing internship and work experience.

In some instances, the government appears to be relying on unverified tabloid articles about Khalil. In others, the government’s claims about him are clearly erroneous because timelines don’t match.

I can’t wait for the Gaza Strip to reopen as a Mediterranean tourist destination. Could you imagine meeting the world’s best leaders such as Putin, Netanyahu, and Trump himself on the beach, all while drinking piña coladas and screaming obscenities at Palestinian servants? All fucking worth it, I say!
 
Boasberg is starting criminal contempt procedings against the government. And if they don't prosecute this, he will appoint someone who will. Guess that answers* the question of whether the courts have the authority.

It's so funny. Everyone is reporting on this and saying how wrong it is, and that the Court said X, and Y should happen and Trump is ignoring the order. But, no one will tell anyone WHO is going to enforce the order. That's the problem. And if NO ONE is going to enforce it, then yes, we do have a Constitutional Crisis. And if we are in crisis, WHO is going to do something about that?

They just keep handing him more and more and more power and keep waiting for some idiot Republican who is getting screamed at at his/her/they Town Hall to do something and that is NEVER going to happen.
 
Simple:

Someone needs to have an attempt to unalive made on them and for that to be the spark to just ignite all the tinder at this point.

Civil War 2.0 needs to happen
