I am not evil, I am tired. Nothing I said was personal against you, and I’m not sure why you took my original post that way. If I’ve misread your tone I apologize, but there have been several times where your tone directed at me felt incredibly petty and mean. Perhaps I misread, and for that, I apologize.

Stephen Stills' line "Get out of line, the man comes and takes you away" certainly applies to the cashiering of very pro-Ukraine/anti-Putin Mike Lawler from the House Intelligence Committee is yet another warning to Congressional GQPers who are even considering growing a backbone. Putin, Kim and Orban must be kvelling.

What probably was misread was the you know in my first reply... It isn't that you..personally know that I have things.. It's the I hope you know that it isn't just going to be Trump supporters who are going to die from things like diabetes or hypertension, or having pre existing conditions denied and yes, members of my family and myself, are a part of that group.
like I said, I get having no sympathy for his supporters, I get that... The people who tried to stop him...are also going to be affected by his crap

These people voted for it, and they deserve to get it good and hard. Hopefully it wakes a few of them up. Instead, I fear they'll just find new things to blame for their misfortune, and continue to vote against their best interests.

But again, what are you gonna do? You can't fix stupid. Especially when stupid thinks it's smart.
 
So, Trump's inauguration will be moved inside because it's toooo cold!!! I'll be watching Law & Order all day so please post here if you're watching and anything of interest happens.

uh I think many, many people here feel the same way. I'm just the one getting yelled at. I've tried repeatedly to block/ignore, but the feature won't work and the mods are trying to help me figure out why.

i've spent my life working in healthcare and have a masters in epidemiology so I have a fair grasp of disease burden. All covid did was make the maga even more ignorant, no one will learn anything except for a small number.

Stick around, DGF. This place is small enough as it is. You’re going to get it worse than 98% of us, minus maybe Miss T. I won’t tell you how to react or respond to anyone, because that’s your business. But I think you should stick around. I like what you provide.

Get rid of head of household, mortgage reduction, cap Medicaid, make Medicaid work dependent, eliminate non profit status of hospitals along with a 10% tariff seemingly across the board?

Half the South just got the middle finger (and 3/4 of all Trump Voters) and the entire middle class will disappear.

Dumpy steals everything not nailed down.

The lines begin to converge: the Nazis realize Dump isn't one of them he's just a klepto. The finance bros realize not just Dump but everybody he associates with had alcohol in his blood surrogate and is a certified moron. The Christ Taliban realize Dump cannot be ridden any farther to replace the Constitution with some jerkwater Bible school drivel.

And then we get a RWNJ civil war of all against all, which hopefully involves large scale weapons and Darwins out the entire problem for the rest of us. The body count = the rebound of humanity.

Please. Let them all kill each other. This is not a crisis, it is an golden opportunity.
